What we collect and why
Contact form: your name, e-mail and/or phone and your message — used solely to reply to you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract. We keep the data for as long as the correspondence requires, then delete it.
Bookings happen on the external apnt.app platform (a separate controller) or by phone/messengers (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram) — data entered there is governed by those platforms’ policies.
Cookies: we use cookies strictly necessary for the site to work (no consent needed; legitimate interest) and, ONLY with your consent given in the consent bar, analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation) to understand how the site is used. You can withdraw consent anytime by clearing the site’s data in your browser — the bar reappears on your next visit.
The embedded Google Map on the contact page is loaded by Google LLC and may set its own cookies under Google’s policy.
Who we share data with
We never sell or rent your data. Technical processors acting on our behalf: site hosting (own server, EU), Cloudflare Inc. (DNS, security and routing of the studio@mymarafet.md mailbox), Google (the inbox behind that address, the map, analytics — with consent only). These providers may process data outside the Republic of Moldova under their standard safeguards.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and consent withdrawal under Law 195/2024. Write to studio@mymarafet.md and we will answer within 15 days. If unsatisfied, you may address the National Center for Personal Data Protection (datepersonale.md).
