If you’ve been to see us, you already have it: the burgundy card with 12 little hearts. Here’s how the studio’s loyalty programme works.
The simple rules
- One heart filled in at every visit;
- 3rd visit: -10% off that day’s treatment;
- 8th visit: -20%;
- 12th visit: -20% — and the card starts over.
Good to know
The card is personal (it belongs to one person only) and is valid for one year from your first visit — which is exactly the natural rhythm of the treatments: a client who comes in for brows or a lash lift every 4–6 weeks fills it up with ease.

How do I get the loyalty card?
We hand it to you at the studio during a visit — if you don't have one yet, you'll get it at your next appointment. Every visit earns one heart on the card.
Which visits come with a discount?
Your 3rd visit gets you 10% off that day's treatment, and the 8th and 12th get you 20% off each. After the 12th heart, the card starts over.
Can two of us use the same card?
No — the card is in one person's name, so only your own visits count toward the hearts.
How long do I have to fill all 12 hearts?
The card is valid for one year from your first visit. At the usual pace of brow or lash appointments, every four to six weeks, a year fills up comfortably.
