Bridal make-up isn’t just “more make-up” — it’s make-up that has to survive tears, hugs and 14 hours of dancing, and look impeccable both in photos and in real life. Anastasia, make-up artist at MY MARAFET STUDIO, tells you how to prepare.

2–4 weeks before: the trial

Come with inspiration photos AND your dress in mind. At the trial we test the shades on your skin, in natural light — and settle on the final look without the stress of the big day.

One week before

• Intensive skin hydration — make-up only sits beautifully on well-cared-for skin.
• Brows — shaping and tinting now, not on the wedding day.
• Lash lamination — bright, open eyes in every photo, with no mascara to fix.

On the big day

Bridal make-up takes about 2 hours (from 1,600 lei); for early-morning starts or on location, we come to you (100 lei/hour outside studio hours). Arrive with a clean, make-up-free face — we take care of the rest.
