Halloween Makeup in Chișinău: the Evening Version
Halloween has become one more excuse for a party — with a costume, photos and makeup that has to last until the very last picture. If you want a look that makes an impression but is still wearable, the safest base is evening makeup in Chișinău done by a makeup artist, with the costume accessories on top.
What we do at the studio
At MY MARAFET STUDIO you book evening makeup: perfected skin, intense eyes or bold lips, designed for your face and your outfit. It starts at 1 000 MDL and the appointment takes about an hour and a half. Your makeup is done by Anastasia, the studio’s makeup artist.
If you have a particular character in mind, send us a reference photo when you book and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it at the studio.
Three directions that go with almost any costume
- Smoky eye — dark, blended eyes that suit darker costumes and look good in evening photos.
- Bold lips — red or cherry, with the rest of the makeup kept quiet so all the attention stays on the lips.
- Glossy — glossy lids and luminous skin for a lighter or more playful costume.
Pick the direction to suit the costume, not the other way round: tell us when you book what you are wearing and in which colours, and the makeup is built around them.
Making it last all night
The secret isn’t quantity, it’s skin prep: evening makeup at the studio starts with skincare, not foundation. In the days before, keep your skin well hydrated and don’t try new products on your face right before the party. Ideally come with clean skin; if you didn’t manage, we prep it for you.
Lashes and brows, a few days ahead
Bold makeup looks better on groomed lashes and brows. A lash lift lasts 6–8 weeks on average, so you can have it a week before and enjoy it at the party and after. Book brow shaping a few days ahead so the shape is fresh on the night.
When to book
Book early, especially if the party is at the weekend; the online calendar never closes. If you are getting ready outside the studio’s opening hours, we come at the time you need, for an extra 100 MDL per hour.

Yes. The studio is open Monday to Saturday, 10:00–20:00; outside those hours we come at the time you need, for an hourly supplement shown in the makeup price list.
