1D–6D Lash Extensions: Which Volume Suits You

1D, 2D, 6D, KIM or EYELINER effect — the lash extensions menu can sound like a secret code. Mariana, our lash extensions master at MY MARAFET STUDIO (her clients have followed her for 4 years), translates it simply.

What do the D’s mean?

The number tells you how many artificial lashes are applied to ONE natural lash:

• 1D (from 600 lei) — one lash per natural lash: a natural, “my lashes, but better” effect. Ideal for a first experience.
• 1.5–2.5D (650–700 lei) — visible volume that’s still wearable every day.
• 3D–5D (750–850 lei) — an intense gaze, eye make-up that’s “already done”.
• 6D (from 900 lei) — full evening volume, unapologetically dramatic.

And the effects?

KIM and KYLIE alternate lengths for that red-carpet “spiky” texture; EYELINER concentrates the volume at the outer corner like a liner stroke; LAMI LASH mimics lash lamination; WET adds a glossy “wet look” shine. Any of them, +70 lei.

How long do they last and how do you wear them?

3–4 weeks until your infill (lash infill: from 500 lei). No oil around the eye area, no rubbing — apart from that, life as usual.
